Due to the events of 2020, this the CCP4 Study Weekend in 2021 is going to be a virtual Study Weekend. We hope that this enables even more people to experience the Study Weekend. There will also be no registration fee this year!
The event will be run over 4 days with 2 sessions each day. Old favourites like "What's New in CCP4?" and "Lunchtime Bytes" will also run each day (see programme for more details).
We will also be hosting the Diamond Light Source MX User meeting on Wednesday 6th January 2021 between 09:00 - 11:00 GMT.
This year, the topic for the Study Weekend is "Integrating Structural Biology". Sessions will cover:
Session 1: Structural Bioinformatics: Characterising the target
Session 2: Refinement
Session 3: Dynamics and Ensembles
Session 4: Measuring Interactions
Session 5: X-ray methods for fast chemistry
Session 6: Multi-methods modelling
Session 7: In cell structural biology
Session 8: Structural Bioinformatics: Validation and Analysis
In keeping with previous CCP4 meetings, the lectures will focus on the presentation and discussion of advanced methods and techniques developed and used by the leaders in the field.
